Tricycle Club

We are the proud owners of three two-seater tricycles. The tricycles allow those with visual impairments to enjoy cycling supported by a sighted guide. We have been able to take the tricycle to parks and gardens for our members to use, including cycling around Kew Gardens. The clubs provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which to meet other members while each member enjoys a leisurely cycle around the park with our sighted guides.

As of Spring 2018, we are in the process of re-establishing our Ealing club based at Walpole Park, as well as establishing two further clubs around the region, following funding gratefully received from Transport for London.

We are also delighted to announce that we have linked up with Ealing Cycling Campaign, who will provide volunteer support for our Ealing club. Ealing Cycling Campaign represent the interests of cyclists across the borough and are willing and keen to support the trike club. We also intend to take them up on their invitation to participate in some of their club events throughout the year.

Further details of club events, locations and dates will be available on the website in due course. For further information about the trike clubs or for information about hiring a trike, please call our office on 020 8423 5141.
