    Ruils will run a ‘Try before you buy’ scheme which will allow people to borrow items such as phones, laptops, tablets and smart speakers for a period of time, so they can see what works best for them. They will work with people to identify a device to suits their needs, assist them to set it up and to purchase equipment after the trial period.
